Postage Free for all jewellery items inside the UK, however if you require next day delivery,special delivery or overseas delivery please contact me directly for costs. For postage on larger items please contact me.

Installation If you would like to order a wall panel or larger item please contact me for postage costs, also you can call me depending on the item for an installation quote if needed.

As most pieces are made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks, and in some cases up to six weeks depending on the piece this will be stated near the item on my gallery pages. for the arrival of your UK purchases after payment has cleared, although most orders will arrive before then. If you would like your order for a certain day (eg. if it’s a birthday present) please contact me to see if it’s possible to get an early delivery. If a piece is in stock, it will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. If pieces are being delivered outside of the UK, please allow up to 4 weeks. I will notify you via email to let you know when your order has been shipped.

If you decide that your pieces are not suitable, you may return them* within 7 working days of their arrival for an exchange or refund. Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded. Please contact me before returning any pieces. Any returned pieces must be in their original un-worn state.
